How is pricing handled?
Every home is different, so we confirm pricing with you directly after you book, before the clean. Nothing is paid online.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers leave a code, a key with the front desk, or meet us once. Access notes are saved to your residence profile.
What do you bring?
Everything, including the appropriate products for stone, wood and glass. If you prefer we use products you already have, note it when you book.
When do I pay?
No payment is taken online. We confirm your visit and pricing with you directly before the clean.
What if I need to change the time?
Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your arrival window. Reply to your confirmation text or email.
